📦 Delivery & responsibility
Every piece is quality-checked, photographed, and we record a full video of the finished item and its packing before it ships. The sealed parcel is photographed with its tracking number at the moment we hand it to the carrier (Thailand Post / Flash / Kerry). From the moment the carrier accepts the parcel, transport is the carrier's responsibility — we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged: 1. Photograph the parcel and packaging right away (within 24 hours of delivery) and keep everything. 2. Message us in your order chat. We will open a claim with the carrier, backed by our packing video and handover proof. 3. Any compensation the carrier pays is passed on to you in full. A wrong or defective item (a making fault, not transit damage) is always on us — our refund policy applies: we remake or refund in full. Please double-check your delivery address: parcels returned for a wrong or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
