Refund & Return Policy

Every piece is handmade to order. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us in your order chat within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you in full. Made-to-order and custom-sized pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is paid by us.

How to request a refund

Open your order from your account and send a message in the order chat with a photo of the problem. Nat will reply and sort it out. If you paid online, the money returns to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Handmade items

Every piece is crocheted by hand. Small variations in colour, size and stitch pattern are part of the craft and are not considered defects.
